These are the questions we expect from companies and research teams deciding whether Magnolia Ridge is worth a conversation. For deeper detail, follow the links to the relevant material, application, process, or evidence page.
Materials
Do I need to know which graphene material I need?
No. If you know what you are making and what you want to change, we can start there.
Do you supply graphene nanoplatelets?
Yes. Current Magnolia Ridge GNP is available for selected technical evaluations and qualified development projects.
What is the current GNP thickness?
Magnolia Ridge currently estimates the standard material at approximately 15 to 50 nm thick. This is a development estimate, not a formal statistical product specification.
Do you have thinner graphene material?
University microscopy documents an earlier Magnolia Ridge batch estimated at approximately 3 to 10 nm. That historical material is not representative of current standard output. Reproducing thinner material consistently remains a development question.
Can you develop modified or functionalized graphene?
Yes, as an application-specific development project. We choose the modification around a defined compatibility, stability, chemical-interaction, or interfacial problem rather than treating functionalization as one universal upgrade.
Do you have graphene oxide?
An independent oxidation study recovered a dry oxidized-graphene candidate from Magnolia Ridge GNP for comparative characterization. It remains a development material and is not presented as a validated commercial graphene oxide grade.
Applications and testing
What applications are you focused on?
Current development pathways include coatings and polymers, lubricants and friction/wear, concrete and composites, and advanced university or industrial research. Other applications can be considered when the problem and test method are clear.
How much graphene should we add?
There is no universal loading. We prefer to begin low enough to preserve processing and economics, then change loading when the data gives us a reason.
Why do controls matter so much?
Because a result is difficult to interpret when several things change at once. A meaningful baseline helps separate the graphene variable from changes in formulation, processing, cure, sample preparation, or test conditions.
Has Magnolia Ridge graphene been tested independently?
Magnolia Ridge graphene has been used in two peer-reviewed university studies. Auburn University has also performed ABS mechanical screening, and Magnolia Ridge has sponsored third-party laboratory screening of graphene-containing engine-oil formulations. Each record has different evidence and attribution limits.
Can Magnolia Ridge claim the results from the university papers?
No. Magnolia Ridge supplied graphene. The university teams designed and performed the research, and the reported performance belongs to the complete university-designed systems.

Working together
Can I request a sample?
Yes. Samples are considered for qualified technical evaluations. We ask enough about the application and test plan to make sure the sample has a useful purpose.
Can a project be confidential?
Potentially. You do not need to send sensitive details in the first inquiry. Confidentiality and project-specific agreements can be discussed before protected information is exchanged.
Can you help coordinate outside testing or scale-up work?
Yes. Some projects may benefit from outside laboratories, university researchers, formulators, chemical development groups, engineers, or pilot-scale resources. Magnolia Ridge can help organize those capabilities around a defined project while keeping responsibilities clear.
What happens after I contact you?
We review the product problem, determine what information is still needed, and decide whether the next useful step is a material discussion, sample, development call, or controlled first comparison.
